The hose is sold by the metre. So, make sure you order the right length.
Spring clips for securing the ends of 4mm LPG hose to rail, nozzle, pressure sensor and reducer.
Click clips for securing the ends of 10mm LPG hose to rail and reducer or reducer and water T.
This loom plugs into the main Bigas SGIS wiring loom to provide connections to 4 petrol injectors. The petrol injector negative wires are cut and this loom is soldered (connectors supplied) in place.Very useful if transferring a kit from one engine to another.Use extra looms if you have more than 4 cylinders. These looms cannot be used with the Junior kits.
The standard kit comes with a universal wiring loom for the petrol injectors that is soldered into place. As an optional extra, you can use a loom like this, with plugs to simplify the job.The plug-in loom cannot be used with the Junior kit. There are 3 different types of injector plug and each one can be wired in 2 ways. Call us to find out which one you need for your engine.
This LPG vapour filter is fitted between the reducer/vaporiser and the gas injector rail on an SGIS.It should be changed about every 12,000 miles. This filter has 10mm ends and is also suitable for Zavoli sequential injection systems.(Depending on stock levels, we may supply a non-Bigas make that is compatible.)
This liquid-phase filter element should be changed about every 12,000 miles. There are 2 filters in the pack.
This repair kit is for the Biagiotti Fast type of Bigas injector rail - 4-cylinder, and comprises pistons, springs and O-rings.
O-rings to repair Bigas Biagiotti Fast (silver coil) injector rails - 4-cylinder.
O-rings to repair Bigas Biagiotti (blue coil) injector rails - 4-cylinder.
The ECU is the brain of the Bigas Sequential Gas Injection (SGIS-N) system. This one will work with engines having up to 4 cylinders. There is no loom, or indeed any other component, with this item.
The ECU is the brain of the Bigas Sequential Gas Injection (SGIS-N) system. This one will work with engines having from 5 to 8 cylinders. There is no loom, or indeed any other component, with this item.
This rail is of the type "Biagiotti Fast". It comes in 3 sizes. It is essential that the correct size of rail is used, otherwise the engine will be difficult to tune to obtain smooth running and full power. Do not be tempted to fit an oversized rail. If you look at the aluminium body of the old injector it will be stamped with the size. Select the same size from the list below.
This is an inexpensive injector rail that can be used in place of a Valtek or Bigas rail (or any other rail that has a 3 ohm coil). The outlet nozzles that screw into the rail are supplied with 1.5 mm holes. These need to be drilled out to match the engine's needs.

Pack of 4 gas injection nozzles to fit in the manifold for most multipoint gas injection systems. These nozzles use an M6 x 1.00 mm thread for mounting in the manifold and 4mm or 5mm internal size injector hose.
Reducer/vaporiser for Sequential Gas Injection Systems fitted to engines producing up to 160 bhp
Reducer/vaporiser for Sequential Gas Injection Systems fitted to engines producing up to 320 bhp. This reducer is smaller than the usual double reducer and this can be an advantage in tight engine bays.
Reducer/vaporiser for Sequential Gas Injection Systems fitted to engines producing up to 190 bhp
Reducer/vaporiser for Sequential Gas Injection Systems fitted to engines producing up to 380 bhp
The kit comprises the diaphragm and O rings required to refresh your RI-21 reducer/vaporiser. If you have a double reducer, you will need 2 kits.
This changeover switch has a rocker action, and the usual lights to show which fuel is selected and the tank fuel level. It is the type used on the earlier Bigas SGIS-N systems.
This changeover switch has a push-button action, and the usual lights to show which fuel is selected and the tank fuel level. It is the type used on Bigas SGIS-N systems before 2007/8 (but not the very early ones).
This changeover switch has a push-button action, and the usual lights to show which fuel is selected and the tank fuel level. It is the type used on Bigas SGIS-N systems from 2007/8.
Plug-in adaptor lead to allow new (smaller flat) type 119B switch to be fitted in place of (cube type) 750B switch.
Temperature sender for Bigas rails and reducer/vaporisers. This is for the earlier SGIS-N systems where the loom had no plug for the sender.
Temperature sender for Bigas rails and reducer/vaporisers. The plug is for the more recent SGIS-N systems.
This is the current model of pressure sensor for the Bigas SGIS-N system. If you need to replace your type 013 pressure sensor (no longer available) with a new type 025, you will need an adaptor lead (sold separately).
