Reducer/vaporiser for Sequential Gas Injection Systems fitted to engines producing up to 320 bhp. This reducer is smaller than the usual double reducer and this can be an advantage in tight engine bays.
The kit comprises the diaphragm and O rings required to refresh your RI-21 Junior reducer/vaporiser. If you have a double Junior reducer, you will need 2 kits.

The kit comprises the diaphragm and O rings required to refresh your RI-21 reducer/vaporiser. If you have a double reducer, you will need 2 kits.
Pack of 4 gas injection nozzles to fit in the manifold for most multipoint gas injection systems. These nozzles use an M6 x 1.00 mm thread for mounting in the manifold and 4mm or 5mm internal size injector hose.
Single gas injection nozzle to fit in the manifold for most multipoint gas injection systems, where it is difficult to use the standard nozzles and maintain proximity to the petrol injectors. The long nozzle allows a hole to be drilled and tapped further from the petrol injector, at an angle, so that the end of the long nozzle is correctly located near the petrol injector. These nozzles use an M6 x 1.00 mm thread for mounting in the manifold and 4mm (tight) or 5mm internal size injector hose. The thread is 35mm long and the whole nozzle is 60mm long.Be sure to order the number you need.

This temperature sender can be used to measure gas (rail) temperature for a Bigas, or any other AEB-based, gas injection system. It is fitted in the gas line either between a pair of rails or between vaporiser and rail. The pipe has a 10mm diameter, with a retaining lip.
The standard Bigas kit comes with a universal wiring loom for the petrol injectors that is soldered into place. As an optional extra, you can use a loom like this, with plugs to simplify the job.The plug-in loom cannot be used with the Junior kit.There are 3 different types of injector plug and each one can be wired in 2 ways. These looms are available for injectors with Bosch or Japanese plugsWe do not have looms for injectors with Siemens plugs.Call us to find out which one you need for your engine.

This LPG vapour filter is fitted between the reducer/vaporiser and the gas injector rail on an SGIS.It should be changed about every 12,000 miles.This filter has 10mm ends and is also suitable for Zavoli sequential injection systems.(Depending on stock levels, we may supply a non-Bigas make that is compatible.)
This comes with 6mm inlet and outlet compression fittings.If you need 8mm, you will need 2 x 6mm-8mm adaptors.
This liquid-phase filter element should be changed about every 12,000 miles.There are 2 filters in the pack.

This pressure T fits in the 10mm vapour hose to the gas injector rail and provides a feed to the pressure sensor via 4mm hose.

On some engines, it is difficult to place the gas injector nozzle close to the petrol injector. On others, where there is a separate tract for idle air, it can be difficult to position the nozzle so that gas is drawn in at idle and open throttle.In either case the answer may be to use an injector extension.These are fitted by drilling a 9mm hole in the inlet manifold and tapping it M10x0.9 to take the gland nut. The plastic straw is fed through until the end is close to the inlet valve. The other end of the straw is joined to the injector hose.
