Fillers, Adaptors and Caps

Allows drivers to fill up in the UK and Holland.

This adaptor is 62.8mm tall (the standard one is 37.7mm tall) - usefull if your filler is in a deep, narrow recess.

After years of teritorial use of the bayonet filler, the cup filler and the Acme filler, the industry has finally come up with a common design to be used throughout Europe - eventually. Gradually, over the coming years, the Euro LPG filler will find its way into filling stations across Europe. This adaptor has a 22mm thread for screwing into the centre of the standard UK bayonet filler.
Spain is the most recent country to join the LPG market and consequently the first to adopt this standard.

Standard UK-type filler with a straight neck. This is supplied with a black plastic recessed housing for fitting into a body panel (70 mm hole), and a compression fitting to facilitate connection to an 8 mm copper pipe.

If the back of the filler housing enters the passenger compartment or boot space, then a boot is required to contain any escaping gas. Vent hose and a bulkhead fitting should be used to contain copper or plastic pipes and conduct gas to the outside. If a JIC-style hose is used, the boot may be clamped to the hose to seal it.

This adapter fits the JIC thread on the back of the filler to enable connection to an 8mm copper pipe.

The Acme screw-type filler is often found on American motor homes.

This locking filler cap is designed for vehicles with an Acme filler that is mounted in a recessed housing.

It will not fit a UK bayonet filler!

This is a small filler point that requires very little space and can therefore be hidden quite easily.

However, since it requires an adapter to fill up anywhere, it does not meet UKlpg CoP 11 standards.

If you fit one of these, you will also need a filler adapter (with a 10mm thread) for the country where you are driving.
