How difficult is it to fit?
All equipment is chosen for its effectiveness, reliability and value for money. Most equipment is Italian -a country that has been at the forefront of LPG conversion for the last 30 years. Several major brands of equipment are stocked, ensuring a wide range of equipment for all types of vehicles.
Kits can be assembled for a range of vehicles with many different tank sizes and combinations to suit individual requirements. The kits come with everything that is needed for the conversion, including a comprehensive fitting guide.
Each kit is supplied with a means to set up the system after the installation.
This ranges from simple technical information, small handheld testers, to computer software on the most advanced systems.

Tank Options
The two most common tank options are either a cylinder shaped tank, fitted in the rear load space, or a toroidal (or donut) shaped tank, fitted in the spare wheel well.
Cylinder tanks can be of all sizes, but obviously take up some of the boot space.
So, a trade-off between capacity and physical size is needed.
Donut tanks do not take up load space, but generally have a slightly lower capacity. Tyre sealants are available to negate the need for a spare wheel.
Some vehicles (usually 4x4s or motorhomes) can have tanks fitted underneath the vehicle, so that load space is unaffected. Sometimes this requires removal of the petrol tank and the fitting of a specially built replacement unit.
Multiple tanks are also an option on some vehicles.
Tinley Tech has many tank solutions - please contact us for further details.
